How are your prices so competitive?
We buy in bulk from reputable UK and European suppliers, allowing us to pass significant cost savings directly to our customers.
How do you ensure product quality?
All our manufacturers are well-established, ISO9001 accredited, and fully compliant with UK standards, including British Standard, BBA Approval, and WRAS approval.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. Please see our Despatch and Delivery Information page for details.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free for orders over £150.00 + VAT (subject to postcode exclusions — see our Despatch and Delivery Information page).
When will my order be despatched?
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually despatched the same day. Weekend and Bank Holiday orders are sent the next working day.
Can I deliver to an alternative address?
Yes — simply enter your preferred delivery address during checkout.
Is a signature required on delivery?
Yes, a signature is normally required. If no one is available, we may leave your order in a safe place, but please note we cannot accept liability for loss or damage if items are left unsigned.
How will my order be packaged and delivered?
All items are securely packaged — products in robust cardboard boxes and pipes with polythene covers. Deliveries are made via national courier services or our own vehicles.
Can I pay securely online?
Absolutely. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, with encryption provided by Lloyds Bank. We accept all major credit/debit cards, including American Express.
Are invoices available?
Yes. Log into your account and view your order history to download and print VAT invoices.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@skyplastics.co.uk. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t yet been dispatched.
What happens if my delivery is late or missing?

Do you offer bulk discounts or trade accounts?
Yes, we may offer competitive pricing for bulk orders. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and account options.
Do product photos exactly match the items I will receive?
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual items you receive due to variations in manufacturing, packaging, or updates. However, all products meet the specified quality and standards as well as the product definition stated.
What if a product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking details where applicable.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us beforehand for authorisation and return instructions.
