Despatch and Delivery Information

Despatch:

For orders taken before 2:00pm on Monday - Friday, we aim to despatch the same day, or next working day if received on weekends or bank holidays.

Most of our deliveries are made by national courier companies who operate on very tight schedules. Whilst we will endeavour to follow any reasonable delivery instructions, regretfully we are unable to call you before the delivery is made, place goods in specific locations, or deliver to secondary addresses in the event you are not available at the time of delivery.

As long as your order also contains the address at which your payment card is registered, delivery can be to any address as set out the Delivery Charges section below.

Delivery:

The appropriate delivery charge will be automatically calculated and added to your shopping basket before you submit your order. We will determine which delivery service to use based on your delivery postcode and the content/size of our order. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or shipping agent addresses. It is possible that your delivery may arrive in more than one consignment to ensure your order is delivered in the best possible way.

Small items may be despatched and delivered via Royal Mail. For larger goods, and subject to your location, we use overnight couriers where delivery should be made on the next working day. Whilst we endeavour to adhere to delivery schedules, all delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Therefore, delivery may take up to three working days.

Courier delivery will normally be between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are not be able to confirm exact delivery times.

Except for items which are sent by Royal Mail which are small enough to be posted through your letterbox, all deliveries must be signed for. Your receipt will be enclosed with your goods, we recommend that you retain your receipt in a safe place.

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to adhere to delivery dates, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. Sky Plastics shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. All risk in the goods shall pass from Sky Plastics to you upon delivery.

REGION 1: UK Mainland, Wales and Scotland but excluding all locations in Region 2.

Items under £100.00 plus VAT: £14.95 plus VAT

Items over £100.00 plus VAT: Free delivery*

Region 2 deliveries are normally made within 5 working days and are not eligible for free delivery. Deliveries to Region 2 will be subject to a carriage charge.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order. The standard delivery charge will be automatically calculated and added to your order after you have added items to your shopping basket.

Force Majeure

Sky Plastics will not be liable for any delays in delivering your goods, or for any damage or defect caused to your goods where such delay, damage, or defect results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

Returns:

If you need to return a product purchased from Sky Plastics then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. For non-stock items that have been ordered especially for you, it may not be possible to return the goods or we may need to implement a re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We can arrange to have the goods collected, however this service is chargeable at cost and will be deducted from any credit given. All couriers charge quite highly for third party collections and we therefore strongly recommend that customers make their own arrangements to return goods to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and any necessary documents.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Any Products returned to us by yourself because of incorrect goods being ordered, or the products not being required, you will receive a full refund less the cost of any carriage charges that we will have incurred.
