Cancellation of orders:

If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please follow the relevant link on our website or call us on FREEPHONE 0808 295 9911.

You will not be charged for cancellations made prior to despatch.  If you have already paid for your item, we will give you a full credit for the cancelled goods.

Returns:

Whilst we hope you will be entirely satisfied with your order, if you would like to return an item please notify us within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order advising that you wish to return an item for a full refund.

If you are returning your item because it is defective or has missing or faulty parts, please let us know within 10 working days indicating whether you require a full refund or a replacement.  Any refunds made due to faulty or defective goods will also include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Please return goods to us within 28 days of receiving the goods and ensure that they are in a resalable state.   Please ensure that goods are returned in their original box and packing and include any accessories that were included with the goods.

Unless you are returning faulty or damaged goods, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item to us.  If you prefer, we can have the goods collected and deduct the return cost from your refund.  However, please note that couriers charge a higher price for third party collections.  We would therefore recommend that you make your own arrangements re your return.
